MY EXPERIENCE
As an industry veteran of 47+ years, I have worked on many production projects servicing different roles during my career. From Technical Director, Production Manager, Video Engineer, Audio Engineer, Graphics Technician, Video Editor, and more, I have gained a wealth of experience and knowledge that has carried into my current business of Videography and Photography.
SOME HISTORY
Michael J. Orlando has enjoyed a robust 47+ year career in the technical staging business. Coming from humble beginnings in the late 70’s until today, Michael has helped stage just about every conceivable type of program. Starting with his own concert sound and lighting company, he has worked with artists as The Pointer Sisters, The Ohio Players, Lee Greenwood, Crystal Gayle, Marie Osmond, The Four Tops, and The Temptations to name a few.
Moving into the corporate market in the mid 80’s, Michael helped stage many corporate events including Siemens Medical, Forbes Conference Group, Charbroil, PGA World Golf, The Direct Marketing Association, TGI Fridays, The National Association of Chain Drug Stores, Merrill Lynch, Johnson & Johnson, New Holland Tractors, Oracle Users Group, The CW Network, Sherwin Williams, HP, Church’s Chicken, Maaco Car Centers, Phillips Medical, Publix Supermarkets, Novartis, Burger King, Verizon, Barnes & Noble, Volvo, Bacardi, and many more. Michael has been a Technical Director for the past 24 years and helped guide corporate programs large and small to success.
